✅ When Are You Eligible for a Return or Refund?
You may request a return or refund if:
- You received a damaged or defective product
- You received the wrong product
- The product does not match the description on our website
- Your ordered product is out of stock after payment
❌ When Returns Are Not Accepted
- Change of mind after purchase
- Product has been used, opened, or partially consumed
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Return request made after 3 days of delivery
- Missing accessories, tags, or freebies that were originally included

Share your Order ID, describe the issue, and attach a clear photo or video of the product if needed. Our team will verify your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
🔄 Replacement or Refund — Your Choice
Once your return is approved, you can choose:
- Replacement — We’ll dispatch a fresh product within 1 – 2 business days
- Refund — We’ll return your money through your original payment method
💰 Refund Methods
Refunds are issued through the original payment method:
- bKash
- Nagad
- Visa / Mastercard
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are sent through bKash or Nagad
⏱ Refund Timeframe
Once approved, refunds are processed within:

🚚 Return Shipping Cost
If the return is due to our error — such as a wrong or damaged product — Tatka Harvest will cover the full return shipping cost.

- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging
- We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet the above conditions
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
