Q: Are your products really organic and chemical-free?

Yes. We source all our products directly from indigenous hill farmers in Khagrachari, Rangamati, and Bandarban — where farming is done the natural way, without pesticides or artificial additives.

Q: Where do you source your products from?

All our products are sourced directly from the indigenous communities of the Chattogram Hill Tracts. We collect them at the primary level — straight from the farmers — to ensure maximum freshness and purity.

Q: How are products processed and packed?

After collection, all products are carefully cleaned, processed, and packed at our facility under strict hygiene standards before being delivered to your doorstep.

Q: Do your products have an expiry date?

Yes. Every product is labeled with a manufacturing and expiry date. We always ensure fresh stock is dispatched with sufficient shelf life remaining.

Q: Are your products suitable for children and elderly people?

Absolutely. Since our products are free from harmful chemicals and artificial additives, they are safe and healthy for people of all ages.

 

Q: Do I need an account to place an order?

You can order as a guest, but creating an account allows you to track orders and manage your purchase history more easily.

Q: How do I place an order?

Browse our website, add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and confirm your order.

Q: Can I place an order via WhatsApp or phone?

Yes! You can also place your order by calling or messaging us on WhatsApp at +880 1XXX-XXXXXX.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at support@tatkaharvest.com

Q: How will I know my order is confirmed?

You will receive a confirmation SMS and email with your Order ID as soon as your order is placed successfully.

Q: Is there a minimum order amount?

No. There is no minimum order requirement at Tatka Harvest.

 

Q: Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Bangladesh. Enter your address at checkout to confirm availability in your area.

Q: How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Consignment Number via SMS or email. Use that number on our Order Tracking page to get real-time delivery updates.

Q: What happens if I’m not available during delivery?

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you before delivery. If you’re unavailable, they will try again the next business day. Please ensure your contact number is accurate when placing your order.

 
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and online card payments (Visa/Mastercard).

Q: Is online payment safe?

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card or banking details on our servers.

Q: Can I pay after receiving my order?

Yes. We offer Cash on Delivery for customers who prefer to pay upon receiving their order.

 
Q: What is your return policy?

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Q: How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 5 – 7 business days after approval.

Q: Can I return a product if I simply change my mind?

We currently do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted for damaged, incorrect, or poor-quality products.

Q: Will I get a refund on shipping charges?

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error — such as a wrong or damaged product.

 
Q: Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! We regularly run seasonal promotions and special offers. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.

Q: How do I apply a discount code?

Enter your discount code in the coupon field at checkout and the discount will be applied automatically.

We currently operate online only. However, our warehouse is based in Chattogram where all products are processed and packed.
