At Tatka Harvest, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is straightforward and fair — designed to give you flexibility while ensuring we can continue delivering fresh, quality products without disruption.

 

✅ When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may cancel your order if:
  • The order has not yet been processed or dispatched
  • Your ordered product becomes unavailable or out of stock

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy.

📋 How to Request a Cancellation?

Contact us as soon as possible through any of the following:

Please provide your Order ID for quick processing. The sooner you reach out, the better we can assist you.

💳 Prepaid Order Cancellation

If your prepaid order is eligible for cancellation:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method — bKash, Nagad, or Visa/Mastercard
  • Refund timeframe follows our standard Refund Policy

🤝 Cash on Delivery (COD) Cancellation

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch without any charge. However, please note that repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your future COD eligibility in order to maintain service quality for all customers.

🏢 Our Right to Cancel

Tatka Harvest reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • The product becomes unavailable
  • Payment verification fails
  • The order shows suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • The delivery address is incorrect or unreachable

In such cases, a full refund will be issued where applicable and you will be notified immediately.

📌 Important Notes

  • Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch
  • Once an order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled
  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders follow our standard refund timeframe
