At Tatka Harvest, we take pride in every product we deliver. But if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right — with a fast, simple, and hassle-free exchange process.
✅ When Are You Eligible for an Exchange?
You may request an exchange if:
- You received a wrong or incorrect product
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery
- The weight, pack size, or variation does not match your order
- You report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product
❌ When Exchanges Are Not Accepted
- Product has been used, opened, or partially consumed
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
- Exchange request made after 3 days of delivery
- Missing accessories, tags, or extras that were originally included
📋 How to Request an Exchange?

Please share your Order ID, describe the issue, and attach a clear photo or video of the product if needed. Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
🔄 Exchange Process
Once your exchange request is approved:
- We will arrange to collect the incorrect or defective item from your address
- A fresh replacement will be dispatched as soon as the returned item is received or verified
- Our team will keep you updated at every step of the process
📌 Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- All accessories, tags, and extras must be included
- Products damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible
🚚 Exchange Shipping Cost
If the exchange is due to our error — such as a wrong or damaged product — Tatka Harvest will cover the full shipping cost for both collection and redelivery.
